We are currently looking for a National Account Manager for our Corporate Catering Supplies and Equipment. You would be reporting to the Cnahhel Head of BCE. Ideally, candidates will be based South of Birmingham.
Essential
- Be in a familiar and comfortable working in a large organisation with similar working practices and processes to Brakes
- Very Experienced Nam/Senior Sales Person with an outstanding record of acquiring and managing multi-million-pound accounts (Minimum of 5 years)
- High level of numeracy, commercial awareness and excel skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and PowerPoint skills
- Team player able to work within a cross-functional team
- Able to negotiate. formulate, implement and monitor trading agreements
- Formulate customer and channel business plans and strategies
- Ability to understand market trends and be able to translate these into value adding opportunities for Brakes and delight customers
- Ability to network at a senior level across existing and potential organisations
- Good listener
- NPD Experience
- Experienced Sales background in Contract Catering, Healthcare, Education, Care sector or similar.
You will also need KPI experience in team and individual
- Sales Growth
- Sales Margin
- New Accounts
- Customer and Channel plans
Ideally, you would have managed NAM's in a previous role and have an experience of selling both catering supplies and equipment.
