Moat is a housing association working across South East England to provide high quality homes and services to around 20,000 customers. For fifty years we have sought to help people in housing need to have somewhere they can call home; somewhere they can be proud of.

We're one of the Homes and Communities Agency's and the GLA’s development partners. Providing around 500 new homes every year, we're a not-for-profit organisation and all financial surpluses are reinvested to provide additional homes and services.
With a growing programme of new homes for shared ownership sale, we are looking for an experienced marketing manager to join our award-winning sales and sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will have two years experience within a B2C role with previous experience ideally within housing, construction or property sectors.

Candidates will require excellent communication skills. With our customers at the heart of everything we do, experience of marketing to a range of customer groups is also important. Previous experience of digital marketing and e-marketing is essential. Amongst the qualities we are looking for, you will have excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail and creative design.
