We are currently looking for a customer service professional to join the team as a Call Handler. The role will require you to take calls for the Lifeline service, out of hours emergencies, lone worker systems and radios for both police and town net radio users.
To be considered for this post you must have excellent customer service and IT skills and be able to work under pressure. The hours are over a seven day shift pattern of 12 hour days and nights including weekends.
It would be highly desirable if you hold a SIA Licence for PSS CCTV but this is not essential. The successful applicant will be required to pass the Level 1 non Police Personnel Vetting in order to work within the centre.
