We are now looking to recruit a commercially-minded and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing consultancy services team. Prior recruitment experience is essential (3 years minimum) combined with the ability and confidence to establish and nurture relationships with Finance and IT Directors of large UK and international organisations.

You should be articulate and well-spoken with strong influencing skills and persuasive capabilities. Working alongside other members of the consultancy services sales team you will play a key role in business development, solution selling, relationship building and consultant deployment on customer sites.

We need someone who will work effectively in our close knit supportive team environment. You will need a strong work ethic and desire to achieve success and make a difference. You will have the credibility to interact effectively with Finance and IT Directors of Footsie 250-500 organisations and you should have a proven revenue generation record ideally within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) arena working with SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Baan, PeopleSoft, Dynamics, Navision, Coda, SunSystems etc., (achieving £150k+ p.a. minimum net revenue). You will be a team player with a positive attitude, an innovative outlook, creative, entrepreneurial, a self-starter with drive. Operating in a “people-centric” environment you will have to have outstanding relationship building skills and well-developed verbal and written communication abilities. You should also have a genuine interest in people and technology, a commercial aptitude, ambition, international mobility and the desire to be part of a locally based but globally operating success story. You should be a university graduate or be of graduate calibre.
