A beautiful country house hotel with an award winning restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting facilities.
They have a talented brigade of chefs who all are all passionate about producing the finest cuisine possible. Everything is made in house using the finest, fresh produce, which is sourced as locally to reflect the seasons.
As a Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of running this first class kitchen, including contributing to the menus, stock control, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
