WHY CHOOSE CONTINUITY CARE SERVICES
My name is Victoria Walker, I am the Managing Director and Registered Manager of Continuity of Care Services. I fell into care myself 8 years ago and have never looked back. I have previous experience as a Registered Manager and Director working for another company, but set up Continuity in April 2016, taking with me my ethos and the need to drive forward a change in the care industry!

Continuity of Care Services places people with their own individual service users and builds teams up around their needs and requirements. We work around the individuals and do NOT BELIEVE in rushed calls.

TEAMWORK is essential to the success of the company. With the office working around our staff and our services users to give all round PERSONAL CARE.

I have a proven track record of HIGH RETENTION OF STAFF, because I believe that supporting and assisting every member of staff is key to the success of a good care company.

Advertising via WORD OF MOUTH has been extremely successful and we are pleased to advise that although Continuity of Care Services is a new business, we have families waiting for us to start in order to provide them the care they so desire.

Care is a FANTASTIC CAREER CHOICE for anyone considering to work within the industry, or for anyone looking for a CHANGE OF CAREER. FULL AND PART TIME hours are available.

I am looking for individuals who are GENUINE about HELPING others. UNDERSTAND that every individual is different and ENJOY working with people. You must be able to work within a TEAM environment and be able to use your own initiative. People with their OWN EXPERIENCE of helping others within their own family or friendship environment are advantageous, even if they have no academic care experience. FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN!!

DRIVERS are an ADVANTAGE due to the location of some care calls. We do try and keep calls LOCAL TO YOUR RESIDENCE, We are happy to recruit NON-DRIVERS, although shifts will be walk-able, please bear in mind this may limit the amount of hours we are able to give you.

Hourly then average rates of pay with extra dependent on weekends and bank holidays.
