We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work Part time in our Dartford Office on 20 to 25 hours a week.

Your duties and responsibilities would be to:

• Ensure that all accounting processes are conducted on a day to day basis and that accurate records are maintained

• Purchase Ledger - processing and payments

• Assist HR with fleet management, maintaining company car, fuel card and dart charge records

• Ensure car insurance database is kept up to date

• File dispatch notes for UK and International

• Cover credit control

Experience required:

• Experience of running purchase ledger

• Proactive

• Organised, with good attention to detail

• Good communicator

• Good computer skills, experience of SAP is desirable
