Sales Ledger/Credit Controller
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger/Credit Controller to join our team based at head office. Main duties will include:
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts and credit limits
• Chase any late payments – reminder letters, phone and email
• Deal with queries delaying payments
• Process sales invoices and credit notes
• Post and allocate cash (process journals if required)
• POD sales orders
• Input / check prices
• Scanning PODs
• Forecast weekly Sales Ledger receipts
Skills required:
• Good level of education
• Numerate and computer literature using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be accurate and able to work within time schedules
• Well organised with attention to detail skills
• Ability to interface with people at all levels
