tusp are currently looking for trainee recruiters who are keen to take their first steps into the world of specialist recruitment.

tusp is a specialist recruitment provider of railway professionals to multiple FTSE 100 organisations across the UK. tusp is currently going through an exciting period of growth and our team is expanding as a result. Our mission is to be the leading rail recruitment consultancy in the South East by the end of 2016, and we are on track to achieve this.

We are looking for people who are highly confident, with an excellent telephone manner, who are motivated to join a growing business at the start of its exciting journey. You will ideally have previous experience within a customer facing role.

You will be given full training in your role, so previous experience within recruitment is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Writing and publishing job adverts
• Networking with current and existing candidates
• Sourcing candidates from our database, job boards, referrals and social media.
• Meeting clients and contractors to further build and maintain tusp’s strong relationships
• Calling clients to develop new business
• Gaining candidate referrals
• Engaging with your community via social media and other platforms

Requirements

• Previous experience within a customer facing role
• Highly motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• High energy with a passion for pursuing a career within recruitment
• Computer literate
• Experience within a sales environment is desirable, but not essential
