DESCRIPTION:
We are currently recruiting for inbound call centre agents to work on a
temporary basis for a specific campaign for our client, based in
Sittingbourne.
Inbound call centre specialists are responsible for handling calls from
new and existing supporters regarding a variety of requests, including
taking donations, complaint handling and general queries. Full training
will be required so that you can use your retained knowledge of the
services the charity offers, and you'll be required to provide a high and
enthusiastic level of customer service.
Following successful completion of this assignment may lead to a permanent
position.
HOURS OF WORK -
Any applicants are required to be flexible with regards to hours
PAY AND BENEFITS -
Due to confidentially pay will be disclosed directly to applications at
telephone interview stage.
Our client has smart offices based outside of Sittingbourne, with an
in-house gym, onsite swimming pool and onsite cafe. You'll also be
entitled to join our clients reward program, which can save you money
throughout the year.
