Data Entry Clerk - Enterprise House
(6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

The group comprises a family of specialist businesses which are able to deliver everything the caterer needs, including their very successful own brand ranges developed specifically for chefs.
Credit Management Department at Ashford are recruiting and we are seeking a candidate to join our team. The purpose of the role is to assist with the allocation of payments within the SAP system for our Multi Temp Customer base.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:-
- Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
- Maintaining data entry requirements by following data procedures
- Verifying customer data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data i.e. remittance advises
- Payment Allocation
- Assist Credit Control with the portfolio of their accounts
- Ensuring the agreed SLA is achieved
- Other Ad Hoc duties as requested by Management to support the Credit Management Department
Competencies:-
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Able to deliver to agreed commitments
- To be able to prioritise workloads and work well under pressure
- Work on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team
- Flexible ``Can do`` attitude
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:-
- Excellent Literacy skills
- IT Literate, ideally knowledge of SAP, Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word (SAGE & Concerto desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and pay attention to detail
- Firm focus on ability to work to deadlines, often on ones own initiative
- Can adapt to new systems and procedures
- To be confident & self motivated
