Experienced, ambitious and charismatic Assistant General Manager required for a premier high volume, late-night party bar with a food, wedding & private hire focus. This business is well established and trades 7 Days a week.
Successful applicants must be standards driven, with a keen attention to detail, a fabulous first impression and a warm approachable customer manner. We require an inspirational leader for our excellent staff. Who can play a key part in our management team while exceeding customer’s expectations in service and standards. Candidates must be able to work on their own initiative, be hard working and be able to tackle any challenge of a busy and successful venue.
This position would suit an Assistant Manager who has previous experience in the industry and is seeking the challenge of a busy independent venue.
We are also looking for a well-developed back of house knowledge which is essential. Along with a keen interest in business development and a passion for the hospitality world- both food and drink is core to the role.
This is a perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic, pro-active and hands-on individual from either a bar or restaurant background keen to work for an ambitious and expanding independent operator: We look forward to hearing from you!
A competitive salary package is available to the right applicant. Successful candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken English with a high standard of computer literacy. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK. Personal license, food hygiene and SIA Door Supervisor qualified persons advantageous but not essential.
