TEACHER OF PSYCHOLOGY
Teacher of Psychology role based in Ashford, Kent. The school are able to offer between the Main and upper pay scale. This role is to start in September 2016.

Your new role
You will be responsible to plan, develop and deliver high quality lessons by using a variety of approaches. The role will involve monitoring student progress that includes assessment outcomes and targets set at intervals with the Academies policies to enable the students to achieve their full potential. Pastoral responsibilities will be expected of all subject teachers.
What you'll need to succeed
Your subject knowledge must be thorough and up to date and have a strong understanding of the the National curriculum programmes of study, level descriptors and specifications for examination courses. This would also include the Curriculum programme for Post 16.
