My client is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager to join their expanding team. Ideally you will have an ACA, CA or CTA qualification. As my client is primarily a corporate office, corporate tax experience is preferred.



The successful candidate will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of approximately 20-30 clients and will have responsibility for the following activities:

Reviewing corporate tax computations prepared by more junior members of staff

Advising clients on all aspects of corporate tax including tax payments, capital allowances, R&D claims
*

Providing tax audit assistance support at the time of the audit
*

Preparing / reviewing current and deferred tax calculations
*

Dealing with HMRC matters on the clients behalf
*

Providing on-going tax advice

*

Providing corporate tax support on discrete advisory projects and corporate finance projects
*

Assisting with client / business development
*

Coaching and developing more junior staff



Reporting

The candidate will report directly into the Director of Taxation / two Tax Partners within the Maidstone office
*

Direct reports will include 7 Tax Juniors / Tax Seniors

Be ACA / CTA or equivalent qualified, ideally with 2 years+ post qualification experience.
*

If ACA/CA then we would be happy to consider support for CTA in due course.
