HR Advisor - 4 days a week 9am-5pm - Permanent
Salary £26, 200 per annum (4 day week)
Avante Care & Support is a well established and respected charitable company providing services to vulnerable people in Kent, Medway, Bexley and Greenwich.
Reporting to the Assistant HR Director, you will be supporting the Regional Care Directors, in advising Line Managers on a full range of ER issues within a unionised environment.
This is a hands on role and so the successful candidate must have excellent working knowledge of current legislation, with the ability to competently advise in a fast paced environment. Strong exposure to managing the discipline, grievance and capability process is essential as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Whilst you will be based at HO in Faversham, you will also be working at various sites, located throughout the geographical areas listed above. As a consequence a driving license is essential.
Preferably the right candidate will hold a CIPD qualification, with at least 3 years experience in a generalist HR role. Good Microsoft Office skills are essential for the production of various reports.
