We are looking for a multi-skilled electrician to join our Voids team.
Reporting to the Voids Manager you will be carrying out all NIC inspections to void properties as well as repair maintenance and improvement electrical work, as allocated. You will also be required to undertake minor carpentry and plumbing works.
You will be delivering a “right first time” approach to repairs, to minimise void turnaround time and ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction targets are maintained.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
• C&G 236 Part 2 at 17th Edition or equivalent electrical qualification
• City & Guilds 2381 BS7671 Requirements for Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing Certificate
You must have adequate post qualification experience and good knowledge and awareness of Health and Safety Issues.
You will be receiving instructions, updating and closing jobs down via an Ipad or a PDA hand held electronic devise. Therefore IT skills are essential.
A full driving licence is also essential for this role.
