London Golf Club has 2 Championship Golf Courses and is looking to recruit a Sous Chef and Commis Chef to support the Head Chef and the Team. We host Weddings, Parties, Large Golf Days and Sunday Lunches along with our daily Golf Business.
Sous Chef
We are looking for an experienced Chef to support the Head Chef to achieve budgeted food costs and achieving gross profit margins ensuring systems are in place to support the profitability of all food areas. Presentation and attention to detail is key for our private functions.
This position is offered at a salary in the region of £25-£27k
Commis Chef
We are also looking for a Commis Chef to work primarily in our busy Spike Bar along with supporting the team with Functions.
This position is offered at an hourly rate of £7.20 per hour.
