TILT Digital are a small digital agency in Rochester, Kent and we are currently looking to expand our team to include an experienced Front End Developer.

We create and evolve brands, bringing them to life with content management, eCommerce, mobile web apps, interactive content and digital campaigns. As a digital agency, we pride ourselves on our ability to produce innovative and dynamic digital design solutions that are tailored to our clients’ budgets and enhance their online presence.

As a Front End Developer, the ability to produce clean standards compliant code is a must, but a keen eye for design and layout is just as important. You will have plenty of experience in your time as a Front End Developer. Ideally you will have some experience working in a design/digital agency with an understanding of the processes involved in producing websites for a number of different clients, although an excellent portfolio of your work would be just as beneficial.

You will be highly experienced in:

- CSS (or SASS/LESS)
- HTML
- Javascript (or jQuery)
- Cross browser compatibility
- Responsive design
- Accessibility and web standards

Well versed in:

- WordPress
- Photoshop
- Illustrator

With some good knowledge of:

- PHP

And experience in eCommerce and front end development for the following would be extremely advantageous:

- WooCommerce
- Magento 1 & 2

TILT believe in a relaxed working environment and very rarely work outside of office hours. We offer 21 days holiday per year and we usually take a break over the Christmas period, so there’s a good few extra days holiday on top of that too. Our offices have free onsite parking, a café offering food and drink and are located right next to the M2 and M20, as well as sitting on the main bus routes between Medway and Maidstone.
