Great opportunity to work with apprentices aged between 18 - 21 years to support their ongoing development and provide support in mapping apprenticeships to business role requirements.

You'll be providing training design and delivery to support apprentices skills and knowledge in line with their qualification so will you will have complete responsibility for the ongoing assessment of a portfolio of apprentices to include travel to the work place in which the appretices are based.

Fully supportive role as you provide training support for induction weeks and outward bound activity weeks alongside the Talent Development Team.

The ideal candidate will be able to

- Provide constructive feedback and offer support / advice.
- Effectively manage workloads and diaries to ensure efficiency in apprentice
visits.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of apprentice progress in line with
funding requirements and those of the relevant awarding body.
- Attend and take an active participation in meetings.
- Liaise with key roles across the business where apprentices are based and
with members of the wider Talent Development team.

Qualification Subjects;
• NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality Services
• Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality Principles (Hospitality Services)
• Level 1 Functional skills in Maths & English


Essential Skills

•Experience or knowledge of working in, or assessing, a range of hospitality roles (including Food & Beverage, Reception, Housekeeping & Events) and/or holding a relevant Hospitality Qualification

•Willingness to travel to other Leisure sites locally in and around Tunbridge Wells, plus occasional travel to Leamington Spa
