My client is a successful organisation based in West Kent. They are currently recruiting for an Accountant to join their team on a 4 month fixed term contract from Mid-March to manage all aspects of accounts and to provide timely and accurate financial information to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities will include:
-Sales and Purchase Ledgers
-Payment runs
-Credit control
-Completing of daily and weekly financial reports
-Review of all financial and management reports
-Reconciliation of bank accounts
-Maintain and monitor cash flow
-Maintain fixed asset register and calculate depreciation
-Payroll using sage, including payroll year end and P11Ds
The ideal candidate must be an experienced accountant with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You must have strong Excel skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
