We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
To act as an assistant to the head chef at The Olympic. To be competent to cover the Head Chef on rest days and annual leave.
• To maintain correct standards of food
• To prepare food and order fresh local produce.
• To be aware of Legislation relating to health, safety and hygiene.
• To carry out work practices in a safe and legal manner.
• Maintain good communication with front of house team to ensure correct service to customer is achieved.
• To undertake any other duty which may be reasonably allocated by the cook including some cooking
*The main responsibilities are listed but not exhausted to.
