I am currently recruiting a Managed Print Engineer.

The successful candidate will be required to :-
*Attend sites during the rollout of printers (up to a maximum of 8 per day) to assist delivery of printer by our 3rd party contractor

*Test printer and ensure that it is working after connection. Report any issues to the relevant ICT teams and return to site to help with resolution as necessary

*Provide basic on-site training to a nominated person on how to use the printer

*Organise the disposal of old printers

*Visit sites to determine logistical arrangements for delivery of new printers (location, space available, stairs etc.)

*Work from our Maidstone office and perform some office administration tasks as needed - updating spreadsheets, replying to emails etc.

The successful candidate must:-
*Have a full drivers licence
*Have access to a reliable vehicle insured for business travel
*Have excellent communications skills but verbal and written
*Have good knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word & Outlook)
*Be able to lift and move desktop printers
*Be able to work on their own and as part of a small team
*Have attention to detail - to be able to record, report and resolve printer issues
