KMS company values are Honesty, Evolutionary, Accountability, Responsiveness and Teamwork. There is a strong team ethos and we reward people who show that they can take initiative and make a difference.

We are looking to create two additional full-time vacancies where you will be part of our dedicated team playing a vital role in helping us to continue growing as a business:

You will also be expected to answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner
Other duties will include making appointments, checking faxes, dealing with the post, liaising with patients to name just a few.
For this role no experience is required.

The second role is: Positive, highly organised, self-motivated team player with administration background (£14,000 - £17,000 depending on experience)
You will assist with the day to day running of medical consultant practices and be able to work to tight deadlines managing a varied workload

Be able to work under pressure & remain calm at all times

Be proficient in all aspects of MS Office with a typing speed of 60 wpm or higher.

For both roles, every working day is different. You will need to be an intelligent and organised individual who will be able to make a positive contribution towards our teams of practice managers who work for doctors and consultants all over the UK.

We have a proven in-house training programme for new members of staff, and for continued staff progression. If you don’t have any medical experience, we will guide you through an AMSPAR medical terminology course so that you can enhance your learning with personal development.

KMS recognises the importance of its staff and offers the following additional benefits:
