THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is confident in leading and managing the end to end recruitment process.
Support the Hiring Managers to establish their recruitment needs.
Design and create selection processes and assessments.
Interview and run assessment centres.
Source, screen and short-list.
Liaise with external recruitment agencies.
Attend and promote the company at recruitment fairs and events.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- You'll be experienced in supporting Hiring Managers to identify, assess and deliver their recruitment needs.
- A driven, self starter that is passionate about people and calm under pressure as the company deal with high volume applications.
- Experience of managing high volume recruitment, interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Ability to design and facilitate assessment centres.
- You must be confident at communicating at all levels with strong influencing skills.
