My client based in Chipstead,Sevenoaks is looking for an experienced administrator to help with their busy workload Monday - Thursday on a temporary basis that could potentially turn into a permanent role for the right candidate.
This role requires a DBS as you will be working in an environment that includes working alongside disabled people within a care home / office environment
£9.00 - £11.00 ph DOE
30 hours per week (Preferably Monday - Thursday)
This role is an on-going temporary role looking for an ASAP Start
Your duties will include
-Checking hours / time sheets for monthly payroll
-Processing fee`s
-Coding invoices
-Dealing with incoming phone calls
-Screening walk in`s who enter reception of the care home
-Incoming & Outgoing in-box query`s
-other general admin duites
Please only apply if you posses the following skills
-Clear communication (written & Verbally)
-Experienced in excel & Word
-Administration experience
-Flexible
-Professional working attitude
