Customer Service Sales Coordinator (ideal for a marketing graduate)
Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Limited are currently recruiting on behalf of an international manufacturing and distribution company in Ramsgate who have an exceptional opportunity for a candidate seeking their first role within in Marketing.

Initially as a customer services coordinator you will be required to deliver exceptional levels of service delivery to internal and external clients, process customers' purchase orders and schedules, identify growth opportunities by understanding customers' need for products and services, research and identify prospective leads and position services with them, build commercial relationships with prospects to generate sales, to maintain a sales forecast across all sales channels and brands.
Once the successful candidate is familiar with the array of products our client manufacturers there is an opportunity to develop your skill set in to a marketing based role.

Key skills and attributes:
Experience manufacturing and distribution field would be advantageous
Previous customer service and administration skills
Previous exposure to marketing with be advantageous
The ability to problem solve whilst working under pressure and to tight manufacturing deadlines
Strong eye for detail with a good commercial acumen
Excellent interpersonal skills to lead and deliver improvements
HND/HNC or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
