The HR Business Partner will provide a professional HR support to this highly regarded company. You'll be advising on a range of HR issues including employee relations, carrying out organisation and people plans, talent management, succession planning, supporting employee development, driving and supporting effective communications, employee engagement and performance management

You will be passionate about making a difference and always able to find new ways to deliver within this environment which is engaging and creative with an energy that provides the opportunity to grow people and the business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role you will have 2 direct reports. You'll also be supporting over 100 colleagues meet their full potential within a dynamic and fast paced working environment.

You'll be the main driver in people related initiatives making sure to add value to the team and the companies mission / strategy.

You'll be facilitating strong leadership within a team that delivers the needs of the business and enables colleagues to be inspired to perform well.

Ideally you will have supported business growth and cultural change in the past in addition to the following

* Recruitment & Selection
* Employee relations to include sickness, absence, disciplinary and grievance.
* Performance Management
* Talent Management to include coaching across the business.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Proven track record of working as a HR Business Partner/HR Manager
Experience of managing HR initiatives/projects
Solid and up to date knowledge of practical HR principles and practices
Strong communication skills
