Breakfast chef
We require a breakfast chef 25-30 hours, 5 days per week including weekends at our busy Hotel in Maidstone, Kent
Duties:
To prepare and cook breakfast for up to 70+ guests.
To prepare items for lunch service.
To carry out temperature checks and follow company standards.
To receive, check and store deliveries correctly.
Applicant preferably will hold a current Basic Food Hygiene level 2 certificate.
Experience preferred.
Full training will be given.
