Constantior is a provider of virtual classrooms, consultancy in Virtual Learning Environments and online training products. Its clients are global corporates. Its office is in Gillingham.
The CEO of Constantior.com requires a part time assistant to do the following:
- Type lengthy emails, and other documents including press releases, articles, blogs, and legal documents.
- Create training materials and products from specifications provided
- Support the manager of the online shop
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Type fast and accurately; give high attention to detail
- Work under pressure for a perfectionist; be very adaptable
- Provide creative input to the look and feel of new training products
- Work remotely e.g. from home
- Work as part of a remote team of people from around the world
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Powerpoint
- Experience of using Excel
- Knowledge of Publisher and Photoshop
- A good understanding of Internet technologies generally.
Working Hours
- Working hours are between 15 and 5 hours per week; they are very variable
- A monthly time sheet of hours will be required
- Pay is negotiable
- Invoices are paid 30 days after presentation for work undertaken in the previous 30 days
- Person must be self employed
