Exciting opportunities have arisen for a full time Credit Control Assistant to join the team at KMS Professionals based in Maidstone, Kent.

KMS pride themselves on providing stress-free private practice management to medical consultants across the UK using specialised practice management software. We are passionate about delivering an unrivalled service.

Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that our consultant’s accounts are paid on time by patients, insurance companies, solicitors and hospitals by chasing overdue invoices.

Alongside experience of dealing with the public, an excellent telephone manner is essential and you will require tenacity and the confidence to work on your own initiative.

This is not an accounting role, however credit control experience would be seen as an advantage. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate.

40hrs per week Monday – Friday, office hours 8am-6pm
