Our company provides business and support solutions for the construction industry, from supplying our customers with secured work enquiries and business development to telephone, admin and support services.
Initially you will be generating new business sales to build your own pipeline of customers ensuring that the Resource Centre team, which support you, deliver good value to your customers. As the number of your own customers (and monthly income) increases so does your step up to Senior Sales, Account Management and Senior Account Management.
From an internal database of 300,000 companies, you will be generating your own leads to grow your pipeline and achieve your daily and weekly KPI’s but will have full use of our back office systems to assist you in achieving this. You will be able to utilise additional sources obtained through the internet so basic computer skills would be an advantage, but are not essential as training on our systems are provided.
This is a business to business telephone sales role so you will need to be able to communicate with people at all levels as you will be liaising with Directors and Business owners. You will need to be a strong negotiator with persuasive closing skills and someone who sees the word ‘no’ as a challenge.
We are looking for outgoing, lively and confident people whose main focus is to earn excellent money with the opportunity to progress rapidly based on target achievements. We are a company who believe that progression is based on performance. We have a very lively open plan sales office with a ‘work hard play hard’ ethos and those who are on target, are not only rewarded with uncapped commissions, but also benefit from time off rewards.
Industry knowledge is not required as our training ensures that you are well informed about the products and services being offered by our company so

Sourcing leads
Updating our internal systems
Targeting prospective clients
Generating new business initially
Closing deals
Networking with professionals
Building relationships with your customers
