A fantastic opportunity has arisen - initially on a one year Maternity contract - to join a top-ranking professional services team as they expand and develop. You'll work in lovely offices, and enjoy a supportive environment and a wide range of benefits ...
This interesting and involved role means you'll be a member of a special project team responsible for coordinating the implementation of a new HR system to include roll out training and support, updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with legislative changes, industry regulations and best practice standards. You'll also be providing guidance to staff at all levels.
In other responsibilities, You'll undertake a range of HR Compliance duties in line with industry standards, and will also identify learning and development needs, developing and rolling out a series of learning and development activities. Administering Private Medical, Permanent Health Insurance, Pension and Income Protection and Health Assessment schemes, you'll also manage the annual renewal process and co-ordinate Performance Reviews.
In addition to providing KPI data to the Management board annually, you'll give administration support for salary and bonus reviews, administer the promotion processes and coordinate the firm’s work placement and experience schemes.
Organising attendance at industry events, you'll enjoy being an interactive and pivotal member of the HR team.
Human Resources experience will be needed, as will a keen interest in learning and development, proven commercial awareness and excellent English skills, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to communicate and write clearly.
You'll have the confidence to deal with senior level personnel, interpret their requirements and manage their expectations as well as - of course! - being able to multitask, prioritise and work to short deadlines.
CIPD or other equivalent Personnel and Development qualification is desirable for this role.
