Job Description

A prestigious organisation requires day visitor catering assistants & supervisors to work in a busy restaurant (breakfast, lunch & evening shifts) and kiosk orientated environment. The day visitor restaurant caters for many people, providing excellent food and great service. During the day time its buffet service & in the evening it changes to an A La Carte restaurant The duties for this role will include working in a team & for supervisors managing a team of catering assistants, ensuring excellent service is provided to our customers in a polite and friendly manner, order taking, food service, clearing, basic food preparation, ensuring service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe. Other duties will include cashiering, stock management and taking an active part in any unit sales promotions.
