HRGO, Dartford has been invited to source a quality Sous Chef for one of the most prestigious venues in the area.
Are you experienced in preparing, cooking and presenting quality food to the highest of standards......every time?
Have you got what it takes to work under pressure and maintain that excellent eye for detail?
Are you looking for stability, with a strong possibility of career progression?

Previous experience gained working within a Rosette awarded establishment would be a real advantage.
Working within a solid and established team you'll also be responsible for taking the lead in the absence of the Head Chef, ordering from preferred suppliers and have some input in Menu Development.
A beautiful working environment awaits a quality Sous Chef who would like to work a 40 hour week (5 days from 7)....with NO SPLIT SHIFTS!!!
Please kindly note that the venue is unable to offer on site accommodation.
Candidates MUST live within a reasonable commute to the venue.
