Our client is looking for talented and proven Head Chefs and Chefs located in Folkestone/Hythe area for a temporary basis over March/April.
As well as having excellent presentation, communication and man management skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
You will:
• Demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role
• Trained to City & Guilds 706/1 and 2 or equivalent
• Good knowledge of HACCP
• Hold a current food safety certificate
• Have the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Have excellent craft skills and standards
• Can cook dishes using fresh seasonal produce
• Able to work to a budget
