Our client, a leading integrated services organisation based in North Kent, is currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Project Manager to work on a 6 month temporary contract.

The successful applicant will lead on the implementation of key HR projects across a number of sites in Kent. Due to the location of the various sites, it is essential that applicants hold a full current driving licence and have access to their own car.

This position will be paying an hourly rate of £14 to £16, with an ideal start date in early January.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Coordinating and standardising organisational policy across all areas of the business (including uniform, absence reporting, holiday process, appraisals).
* Administratively supporting the Service Manager and the two Area Supervisors.
* General commercial support to the business.
* Guidance on compliance and HR issues.

Person Specification:

* You will enjoy leading on HR projects and will be able to demonstrate that you have that you are able to work with HR reports and data.
* Generalist HR experience.
* Experience within facilities and business to business services will be advantageous.
* Full current driving licence and access to own car essential.
