Sous Chef – Tenterden

My Client is looking for a fantastic Sous Chef with experience to join their already successful team in their carefully crafted pub.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and able to demonstrate a real passion in their role as well as:

·1 years’ experience at a similar level in a fresh food kitchen
·Great communication skills
·Passion for producing the perfect dish every time
·Being able to work as part of a team is essential
·To be organised and precise
·Be attentive
·Have an ability to take instruction as well as give instruction

Some other important roles of this fantastic opportunity are being able to manage stocks and have an understanding of GP’s and budgets.

Our carefully crafted premium dining pub are looking to offer fantastic, fresh food, a great range of ales, beers, wines, spirits and a few cocktails all served in a comfortable yet traditional atmosphere complimented by the best service.

Their kitchen is designed around some fantastic equipment including a charcoal fuelled oven producing succulent, juicy meats with fantastic flavour. The menu has been built with the oven in mind, creating some of the best dishes but leaving space for our chefs to have their input.
