We have now have an Amazing opportunity for full time skilled trades person to work alongside our existing team of engineers on a variety of sites around London and the South East. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and must have a ‘can do’ attitude towards their work.

You must be willing to work as part of a team and have previous experience within the building and maintenance industry. This experience would ideally have been gained within the social housing maintenance sector although not essential.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of reactive repairs or planned maintenance
• Familiarity with risk assessments and method statements
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use own initiative and follow instructions where required
• Flexible and innovative approach

Your usual working hours will be 8.00am - 6.00pm however in order to meet business demands you will be expected to work outside of these hours including being on-call for emergency attendance. This may mean working evenings, late nights and weekends. Appropriate rates are paid to compensate for this.

Driving licence is essential and a van will be provided once the candidate has successfully passed the probation period. You must be trust worthy, conscientious, hardworking and have excellent communication skills in order to liaise with the customers and the Head office.

Salary: £27,000.00 - £30,000.00 per annum, depending on qualifications, will be discussed during interview.
