Office Angels, Maidstone is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator position based in Chatham.
Are you an excellent communicator? Have you got a sales administration background?
Are you able to offer flexibility with working hours and able to work on temporary basis for a year?
If so, then Office Angels have the ideal role for you.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Liaison with suppliers
*As directed by MD or Customer Services Manager, place orders with suppliers for stock replenishment (German speaker preferred but not essential)
*Be the main point of contact with internal suppliers to follow up orders and resolve queries
Support to Sales and Marketing function
*Fulfil requests for literature and samples
*Forward sales enquiries to Field Sales staff
*Assist with trade shows on occasions
*Produce data based reports from the ERP system at the request of Management
*General Administration
*General support to MD, Customer Services Manager and Marketing Manager
*Organisation of meetings (internal and external)
*Co-ordinate holiday planner
*Filing system for documentation including scanning and copying etc
*Ordering of day to day items such as stationery etc
*Any other tasks the MD may see fit
Are you available for work between Feb 2016 - Feb 2017? We also have a number of additional short-term positions available for candidates who are immediately available.
Hourly rate : £7.00 - £9.00per hour.
