I am looking for confident, enthusiastic and focused individuals to join my clients expanding department based in their offices in Rochester.

The departments’ role is fundamental to the company’s operation, you will be working in a centralised “virtual” estate agency branch. You will be receiving inbound calls from customers calling into our offices from across all of the counties within which they operate and manage these calls as if you were working in a high street office.

Enquiries are varied and include dealing with calls from existing and new customers in relation to their property search or sale using their in-house computer system, which enables you to view all information available to the staff in branch.

Successful candidates will enjoy working in a fast paced, competitive environment and be focused on maximising their earnings from the unlimited commissions available. Sales experience is advantageous but you will be supported with award winning training from the start.

In turn we offer you a basic salary plus on target earnings of £25,000 and extensive career opportunities.

You will be required to work a five day week on a rotating shift pattern over 7 days, with the requirement to work 3 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays.
