This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding internet marketing team within Saga. This position will work closely with the Website Optimisation team and Development team to improve Saga’s online customer experience.

You will use your analytical skills in conjunction with knowledge of various web-tracking tools to identify areas of improvement for performance in the online journey. You will be responsible for driving changes from inception to implementation and then campaign tracking & analysis.

As Website Optimisation Analyst your main responsibilities will be to:

• Be known as the expert for online journeys – encouraging engagement across business functions as well as sharing insights and recommendations where appropriate.

• Apply customer insight and KPIs to drive continuous change and improvement to the website.

• Manage online reporting, establish key metrics for evaluation and circulate throughout the business.

• Deliver regular insight and recommendations to the various stakeholders within the business, driving change and improving knowledge of our online user behaviour.

• Produce proposals and full testing plans to optimise the customer’s online journey.
• Keep up-to-date with latest developments in the industry.

Ideally your skills and qualifications will include:

• Degree level qualification, ideally with strong statistical background.

• An understanding and appreciation of internet marketing and web metrics

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently

• Proven analytical skills with a data driven approach to problem solving.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
