This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of CHMC’s training team. The training and development department provide high quality training solutions to a busy operations department. Delivering best practice staff development to meet the needs of Saga Services customers is a primary aim.
The applicant must be an excellent organiser and a strong communicator both in written and oral form. They need to be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative with minimal supervision.
The applicant needs to have strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to inspire confidence and motivate others with groups of all sizes.
Responsibilities
• To deliver consistently high quality training to Saga Operations staff
• To provide relevant training records to the Training & Development department
• To provide regular reports on training activity to training consultant
• To maintain up to date knowledge of product, system and process to ensure currency of training delivered
• To work closely with the Training and Development department to ensure that all training delivery is in line with business strategy
