We are looking for enthusiastic people to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in the local area. We have services based in Maidstone, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Paddock Wood. Our service users are looking for fun, energetic people to offer support in all aspects of day to day life; everything from shopping and budgeting, to dancing the night away or going on holiday!

If you are looking for a genuinely rewarding career then this could be the job for you! No previous experience or qualifications are required as we provide a fantastic training package and great opportunities for career progression.

A successful applicant must be pro-active, understanding and caring; good communication skills are essential and a driving licence with access to own vehicle is also preferable.

Elysium offers something different for our service users, we strongly promote independence and person centred support. We pride ourselves on a 24/7 approach with tailored support packages; we do not do ‘drop in, drop out’ visits!

Our service users are generally aged between 18 – 45, and are a young and energetic group. Their talents range from acting in your favourite TV programmes to singing at shows up and down the country! Every day is different and our service users will never cease to amaze you, they are an amazing group to work with.

We are offering guaranteed contracted hours, full time and part time available, with flexible rotas. We also have night shifts available.

Pay: £15,704 - £17,264 (40 hours per week, dependent on experience)
