Conveyancing Manager
We have an exciting new position for Conveyancing Manager based in Ashford, Kent. This is a newly created role for an experienced Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor to join their highly reputable team. As a senior manager you will manage a small team and report directly into the Partners whilst managing your own reduced caseload.
All About the Role
Independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload of property files
Managing a small team of licensed conveyers
Varied workload, you will undertake a range of duties to include day-to-day running of the office, compliance, management and training if needed
All About You
Qualified legal professional, with a minimum of 3-5years’ experience in dealing with Residential conveyancing
Previous Management ideal or you will need to be a strong and experienced Senior Conveyancer to step-up into this new role
Great managerial skills and able to motivate staff
Keen to develop business and increase networking
Building new and strengthen current client relationships
