Fairby Grange is a well established and respected Care Home in the village of Hartley being family owned for the past 36 years.
As a Senior Carer at Fairby Grange, you will be expected to support the Manager in all aspects of running the Home.
To supervise and support our team of Care Assistants.
Provide emotional and physical care including personal hygiene to residents.
To ensure and assist that bedrooms and communal areas are clean.
To assist in the preparation of Care Plans for residents and monitor the staff working rotas.
To respond to emails, telephone calls and liaise with G.Ps, hospitals and other persons within the Care Sector.
NVQ Level 3 preferable but will consider NVQ2 with a view to gaining NVQ3, managerial skills and experience are required for this position and full driving licence.
