Meritum Integrated Care is an independent agency committed to supporting children with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, behavioural and complex needs.
We are currently looking for full and part time support workers to join our dedicated team of staff to support children and their families within the community. Excellent training programme Flexible hours, Day and wake night shifts available.
Duties May Include:-
Supporting people to attend group sessions
Activities of daily Living including all aspects of Personal Care.
Assistance with medication
Social Outings to include a range of fun social activities working on a one to one basis.
Assist clients to appointments or escort them to school.
Respite service to engage in activities with the child within or outside of the family home.
Waking Night Shifts to assist and monitor the client throughout the night and to the support the family.
We offer:-
An excellent training and professional development package to include a comprehensive induction and mentoring programme.
Staff to work towards their QCF level 2 in social care within 6 months. QCF level 3 also available.
Excellent rates of pay, enhanced rates for evenings, weekends and bank holidays. good loyalty bonus payable after 6 months.
Staff will be required to have use of their own vehicle and have business class 1 insurance.
All positions are subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check
