They now have a great opportunity for a "TALENT ASSESSOR" to join their team. You will be providing effective and efficient support to existing staff in the achievement of role aligned NVQ's at Levels 2, 3 & 5.
The role will be to assess against agreed standards of competence using a range of assessment methods, providing feedback on your assessment decisions and contributing to the quality assurance process.
QUALIFICATION SUBJECTS:
Sales, Financial Services, Business Admin, Contact Centres, Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide support in mapping qualifications to learners on the job.
•Provide training design and delivery to support learners skills and
knowledge development in line with their qualification.
•Complete ongoing assessment of a portfolio of learners.
•Undertaking regular and timely observations and assessment of
learners across the full range of formats in their workplace, this will
include travel to the workplace in which the learners are based.
•To retain learners on programmes and manage their learning and
achievement in line with targets and objectives agreed in their
individual learning plan.
•Providing constructive feedback and offering support/advice.
•Maintaining detailed and accurate records of learners progress in line
with funding requirements and those of the relevant awarding body
•Attendance and active participation in standardisation meetings
•Liaising with key roles across the business areas where learners are based and with members of the wider Talent Development Team.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
•Experience of assessing NVQ qualifications at levels 2 - 5
Holding one of the following assessor qualifications
- A1, D32/33, Level 3 TAQA
•High degree of attention to detail
•Willingness to travel to other locations across their specified
geographical area e.g. North or South with occasional journeys
outside of this
DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications – Certificate or above
