Typical duties of the Recruitment Coordinator will be liaising with clients and candidates and placing them in temporary or permanent placements as quickly and efficiently as possible. There is NO COLD CALLING involved in this position, so it is perfect for someone who wants the benefit of earning excellent commission without having to cold call and sell the company's services.
This role will suit someone who is confident; financially driven; self motivated and keen to progress their career. My client does not mind what background you come from as long as you possess these skills and characteristics. You will need to be a team player and want to get involved with a company that has an excellent work culture and who regularly socialise together.
This role has uncapped commission so you can easily be earning £30k+ in your first 12 months.
