Our Client is looking for a Sous Chef to join there team in a private members club in the beautiful surrounding area of the Weald of Kent.

You will need to be passionate about cooking and have the love and flair for cooking with fresh Ingredients where your input into the menus will key working alongside the Head Chef.

It will be 10am - 11am starts until finish but would need to be flexible on start times and may include split shifts and will include weekends but there will be a rota in place for weekends off.

There is a daily menus serving breakfasts, Lunch and a La Carte Dinner menu along with private functions.

£23-£25k depending on experience + £2k-£4k on tips you will also get free membership for you and your family to the private members club.

Own transport is essential for this role due to the location, experience working in a privates member club would be an advantage.
