They are looking for a trainer/facilitator who is has the skills to be comfortable delivering leadership/management development workshops in all areas of the business.

You will create as well as deliver training across the business, focusing on soft skills such as leading change, behaviours, managing time and people's performance.

Please note this is NOT a role that involves training on policies or systems (this area is covered by operational HR)

Reporting to the Organisation Development Specialist, you will be organised, comfortable presenting to people and know how to engage with and influence others.

We need someone who is resilient, open to change and has an ability to adapt their training style to get the best from our people and results for the business.

In regards to experience you will have worked for a large, corporate business creating and delivering training (soft skills) to staff at all levels.
